Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Same-Day & Urgent Delivery
For urgent delivery requirements, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Availability and additional charges will be confirmed individually.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are generally arranged Monday to Saturday, excluding Singapore public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional redelivery charges may apply.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can assist with the courier investigation and an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At present, online international shipping is available to Malaysia only. Shipping to other international destinations will be introduced gradually.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

• Standard shipping: S$12
• Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days after dispatch
